Auto Switch provides a platform for selling used premium vehicles. Our services include vehicle valuation, inspection, and purchase. We aim to provide a fast, transparent, and fair process for all our customers.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your vehicle when using our services. You must be the legal owner of the vehicle you intend to sell and have the right to transfer its title. Misrepresentation of vehicle details may result in the cancellation of any offer or transaction.

4. Valuation and Offers

Any valuation provided online is an estimate based on the information you provide. A final offer is contingent upon a physical inspection of the vehicle by our team. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any valuation or offer upon inspection. All offers are made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

5. Payment and Title Transfer

Upon acceptance of our final offer, payment will be made instantly. You agree to cooperate fully in the process of transferring the vehicle's title and registration as required by UAE law. This includes signing all necessary documents and providing required identification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AUTO TRADER EXHIBITION ORGANIZING CO. L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
